We specialize in custom packages and work with all budgets. Create your own custom package and email it to us for a personal quote.
Example package for full service catered event:
For guest counts of 100 or more, two Entree packages with three sides, rolls, plates, silverwear service, and coffee start at $18 per person for chicken and pork, and $25 per person for beef, chicken, or pork. For events with guest counts under 100, starting prices increase.
We offer full catering service for all events. We would like to provide all your food and beverages including appetizers, dinner, desserts, beverages, and bar service. We do not offer our staff services at events where there are other vendors or outside food being served/provided, however we do offer our foods as “drop off only” as an alternate option.
Beverage packages are custom built to your needs. Non-alcoholic packages start at $2 per person. Bar service packages start at $500 flat (includes everything you need except the alcohol as clients must always provide their own alcohol).

Main Dish Options

Chicken

  • Lemon Chicken Piccata Bake (grilled chicken breast strips with mushrooms in a lemon cream sauce with capers)
  • Lemon Pepper Chicken Bake (grilled chicken breast strips served with a lemon pepper sauce)
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu (chicken breast, ham, swiss, rolled up with breading & baked)
  • Sweet Pineapple Chicken Bake (grilled chicken breast strips or bone-in legs & thighs in a sweet pineapple glaze)
  • Garlic and Herb Grilled Chicken Breast Bake (chicken strips with sweet peppers & a butter herb sauce)
  • Italian Chicken Bake (chicken breast strips with tomatoes & parmesan). Choice of pasta in the dish or on the side.
  • Asian Grilled Chicken Breast Bake (served over rice)

  • Smothered Chicken (baked chicken thighs smothered in sweet onions & creamy country gravy)
  • Tomato Basil & Garlic Chicken Thighs or Legs (also available with boneless breasts)
  • Chicken or Shrimp Alfredo Bake (grilled shrimp or chicken with tender pasta in a creamy parmesan sauce)

Beef

  • Signature Beef Tips with sweet onion in traditional gravy
  • Pepper Steak (sirloin steak with all the colors of the peppers, onion and garlic)
  • Meatballs with Marinara (served with a side of butter noodles)
  • Swedish Meatballs (.5 oz or 2 oz size & best served with our red skin mashed potatoes)
  • Hawaiian Meatballs (best served with a side of white rice & veggies)
  • Signature Beef Burgundy (tender beef with mushroom & onion in a wine sauce)
  • Beef Brisket (slow roasted or smoked)
  • Sunday Beef Roast served in a traditional gravy
  • Beef Au jus (tender beef served in a rich au jus sauce)
  • Prime Rib of Beef (carving station)
  • Beef Tenderloin (served rare with caramelized onions)

Pork

  • Pork Tenderloin with Apples & Spice or Pineapple & Onion
  • Seasoned Pork Roast served with mashed potatoes & traditional pork gravy
  • Pineapple Baked Ham (boneless ham with sweet pineapple & a brown sugar glaze)
  • Signature Sweet Smoked Pulled Pork (served with or without BBQ sauce, we smoke our own meats)
  • Hawaiian Roast Pork (slow roasted pork with pineapple, sweet peppers, onion & a sweet and sour glaze)

Pasta
